I WISH I COULD REACH INSIDE YOUR APPLE DEVICE AND REMOVE THIS ITEM FROM YOUR APP STORE.......AVOID THIS ITEM....THERE ARE SO MANY MORE SERVICES THAT ARE BETTER THAN THIS COMPANY !!!! The actual product is no different than others listed on the app. Store site. But this companies customer service and technical support is so bad, I mean really bad, you will regret your purchase EVEN JUST TRYING IT FOR THE 7 DAY TRIAL PERIOD. This company continues to bill me after I continue to beg for them to cancel my membership during the trial period. First, it sounds easy to cancel your continuous billing during your trial period, except there is no link to find that link and its not listed in your account. The full purchase of this item continues to pop up and that link works but the link to cancel does not..SCAM ! As stated, the customer service employees must be told to continue to make it difficult for the customer to cancel their service, especially during the trial period. My guess is Apple requires a certain number of actual purchases each month in order to be placed in the search etc. but I can not confirm that. In short, JUST DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY....YOU WILL REGRET IT EVEN IF YOU CAN THINK YOU CAN CANCEL DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD.....YOULL REGRET IT.

I try to contact customer support but they did not respond me Vpn not work after 2 month and they are not answer me and fix my issue after 8 mounts ! Dont buy Von here Dont buy any things here !

Needs fixing, does not stay connected !

This VPN app is great and I havent had any unexpected complication with it. Ive used all of the companies programs/applications and never had an issue that was not easily solved. Pros - Easy to setup and use - Quality of the VPN is good - Switching connections is easy - Tech support has always been helpful in the few times Ive used them. - blocks virus based ads and we sights (I use it on a Mac & iPhone with the Avast antivirus) Cons - App doesnt do a great job with blocking random ads as other VPN application based products. -It has a timeout feature. After youre iPhone has been inactive for awhile, the VPN will shut off and you will manually need to turn it back on. - select servers in the US are not P2P friendly, but are listed publicly as being so. All in all, Im satisfied and recommend them.

Ive been using Avast! for my anti virus for years on all of my computers, both Windows and Mac, and have been highly satisfied. Since using their VPN on both my iPhone and MacBook I have been just as satisfied; I feel that my browsing is safe and secure, especially while Im roaming on WiFi with my phone. I wish it would auto reconnect more reliably, but for the most part it works great. **EDIT** I now have only one issue with this app, but its annoying and aggravating enough to warrant a star drop; the auto connecting whenever Im on cellular data or Wi-fi networks other than my home network works great. However, when I am at home, the app seems to auto *disconnect* from the VPN service within 5 minutes of my having to manually connect it. Just because Im on a password-protected Wireless network does not mean I dont want my data traffic *outside* of my network (i.e., all Internet traffic) unencrypted. Bottom line Avast!, I want my Internet traffic encrypted *at all times*. Thats why I bought this service.

This is nothing but trash! Installed and reinstalled numerous times and each time it installs I get a warning message: Unsigned Certificate. What trash! After purchasing a license the app refuses to recognize the license. This is crap!

Installed and never had a problem. I feel my connection to the Internet is secure over WiFi. Only issue is I have to watch what server I can connected to. Sometime I connect to Brazil server and my safari is in Portages. With NY or Miami-then I am fine.

Love this app although sometimes I have trouble connecting on my other devices. It gives me a better sense of protection against intruders n spying eyes. Thanks Avast!!

I liked the 1 week free trial,which enabled me to try this VPN without committing first. It worked excellent,so I bought the 1 year subscription. Only once, I had a couple of minutes of trouble with a location, which in truth-for a VPN-is nothing. I hope to get a lot of usage out of it. Thanks Avast.

As a person with an IT Security background, I find this app alarming. When used on a hotel wifi, the app kept turning itself off, which appears to be the default setting, even when you tell it to stay on. And there is no way not to auto renew without an enormous amount of trouble. Make sure the "VPN" is "connected" each time you pick up your device!

Who the hell would pay for a VPN when theres other ones on the App Store that are just as useful and are free? Thats absurd.

This app was terrible. I bought the subscription after the trial ended and then none of my data services worked. I restarted, reconnected, renewed leases, everything. Finally I had to uninstall and now Im working with Apple to get a refund. Horrible product and a big black mark on the avast brand which Ive had positive experiences with to this point.
