I WISH I COULD REACH INSIDE YOUR APPLE DEVICE AND REMOVE THIS ITEM FROM YOUR APP STORE.......AVOID THIS ITEM....THERE ARE SO MANY MORE SERVICES THAT ARE BETTER THAN THIS COMPANY !!!!

The actual product is no different than others listed on the app. Store site. But this companies customer service and technical support is so bad, I mean really bad, you will regret your purchase EVEN JUST TRYING IT FOR THE 7 DAY TRIAL PERIOD.

This company continues to bill me after I continue to beg for them to cancel my membership during the trial period. First, it sounds easy to cancel your continuous billing during your trial period, except there is no link to find that link and its not listed in your account. The full purchase of this item continues to pop up and that link works but the link to cancel does not..SCAM !

As stated, the customer service employees must be told to continue to make it difficult for the customer to cancel their service, especially during the trial period. My guess is Apple requires a certain number of actual purchases each month in order to be placed in the search etc. but I can not confirm that.

In short, JUST DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY....YOU WILL REGRET IT EVEN IF YOU CAN THINK YOU CAN CANCEL DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD.....YOULL REGRET IT.
