No support

Bought this app off recommendation from Ny Times review.
Worked well for several months,
Then suddenly wouldnt connect.
I tried customer support there is none, because it doesnt recognize that I bought this app through iTunes App Store. Avast has no email record of my purchase.
I need my money back this is awful.
