Servers are down!

I cant post this on the actual app itself because it keeps saying your guys servers are down.. Hi there, I have a subscription with you guys for 1 month that doesnt expire until like the 21st of November. However when I look at the app it says my subscription has expired, but I just checked my iTunes subscriptions and I still do have my subscription with you guys slowing as active. I have tried restoring my subscription but it keeps saying that restoring of subscription failed. Can I get done help please? I dont like posting for a service monthly and it not working.
