Junk for iPad

I bought a subscription after trying out the product. Seemed to work fine but I bought the subscription from my PCs for all devices. It wont allow me to install on iPad.

I removed the app and tried to install using new subscription. It keeps saying cannot restore.

Left messages for support, no response. No support, product not working means find a new vendor and new product.

Will tell everyone to choose something that works and has support.
